SYRID is an identity-verification (KYC) service operated by Prime Tech Solutions. This policy describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data across our platform.

For end-user data, the Client is the Data Controller and SYRID is the Data Processor.
Contact info, encrypted credentials, and API integration settings.
IP addresses, device logs, and audit trails for security monitoring.
We process data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We implement Human Oversight, allowing reviewers to oversee and override AI decisions.
Processing is based on contract performance, explicit consent (biometrics), legal obligation, and legitimate interests in security.
We do not sell your data. We share only with the relevant Client under strict DPAs.
We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection for transfers outside your jurisdiction.
We retain verification data for as long as necessary to provide services to our Clients or as required by applicable law. Verification session links automatically expire after 3 days. Account data is retained for as long as the Client account remains active and for the period required for legal records.
